"Hi,

I'm so honored to bring a gentle and intentional approach to a sacred time for families. Whether it is prenatal care, home birth, or your annual well woman exam,  I am confident you will leave feeling seen and heard. Even in those most vulnerable times for problem visits, I hold space and listen in order to elevate not only your health care experience but your relationship with your mind, body, and spirit."

Meet Our Midwife

Midwife  KaTina is a proud native of Meridian, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee. She is the second born of four children and has nieces and nephews. She has combined her passion for wholistic living with her love for women's health and chose to become a Certified Nurse-Midwife to serve individuals across their lifespan. Her life goal is to ultimately teach families about their bodies and empower them to lean into their most powerful selves.

After completing her nursing and midwifery training at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing (2013), Midwife KaTina moved to Houston, Texas where she's had the pleasure of guiding hundreds of families through the birth of their little ones in hospitals, birth centers, and currently home births. In 2020, KaTina left Texas Children's Hospital to expand her approach and begin focusing on out of hospital births and the maternal health crisis. She realizes the gaps within her local community and hosts events to bridge those gaps.
